Director & Key Personnel

John Gerard Grounds serves as the Director and Secretary of the company, positions he has held since February 21, 1994. Mr. Grounds brings extensive experience and industry knowledge, which are critical to the company’s ongoing success.

Financial Performance

Advanced Building Co. has completed construction projects totalling just over $100 million as recorded by the QBCC. Linear Developments has contributed over $91 million in land subdivisions and multi-unit developments. This combined track record showcases the company’s extensive experience and ability to manage large-scale projects effectively.

From 1994 to 2010 highlighting its extensive experience and capacity to manage large-scale residential building projects. From 2010 onwards we mostly tendered the construction work out to quality building companies so we could focus on sourcing our own development land for housing estates after successfully providing construction to other Maher developers.

Advanced Building Co has consistently demonstrated its ability to deliver high-value projects, with a notable track record according to QBCC records of completing 1053 residential homes with many HIA (Housing Industry Associations) and QMBA (Queensland Master Builders Association) awards.
